On the 18th of October, Avature Vice President of Sales, Michael Johnson, will be headed to Talent Camp 2009 for 3 days gathered in a 4,500 square foot beach house on the Oregon Coast to immerse in a dialogue around the 21st century talent function that will no doubt experience the ebb and flow of progress, frustration, curiosity, pain, breakthroughs and clarity. Talent Camp is the brainchild of industry veteran Susan Burns, Executive Director of The Future of Talent. The goal is to publish a collective work outlining the talent function required for business in the 21st century.
